These terms of sale apply to every purchase of Coins for the Survival Minecraft server, and describe how donations work. They complement the terms of use.

1. Who sells

Purchases are made through Tebex (Tebex Limited), a payment platform for game servers that acts as the reseller of our packs. Tebex processes the payment and its own terms of sale also apply; you accept them at checkout. BloxRealm Interactive delivers the Coins in game and handles support.

2. What you buy

  • Coins are the premium currency of the Survival server. They can only be spent in game, in the /coinshop (ranks, crate keys, cosmetics and other perks).
  • Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value. They can't be exchanged for money, transferred to another player or sold.
  • Coins and what you buy with them are tied to the Minecraft account they are delivered to.
  • The content of the /coinshop and its prices in Coins may change to keep the game balanced.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included, on the store page and on Tebex at checkout. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order. Your bank may charge conversion fees if you pay in another currency.

4. Ordering

  1. Choose a pack in the store and open the Tebex checkout.
  2. Enter your exact Minecraft username: Coins can't be moved to another account afterwards.
  3. Pay with one of the payment methods offered by Tebex.
  4. You receive a confirmation by email from Tebex, with your transaction number.

Minors must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before buying.

5. Delivery

The Coins are delivered automatically in game, usually within a minute of payment. You must be connected to the server to receive them; if you are offline, they are delivered at your next login. If you haven't received them after 30 minutes online, contact us with your transaction number.

6. Right of withdrawal

Coins are digital content that is supplied immediately. When you order, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started, as allowed by Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Purchases are therefore not refundable, except as provided below or required by law.

7. Problems and refunds

  • Coins not delivered: we deliver them manually or, if that's impossible, you are refunded.
  • Order placed on the wrong username by mistake: contact us quickly; if the Coins haven't been spent, we can try to fix it, without obligation.
  • Payment disputes and chargebacks: opening a chargeback without contacting us first leads to the suspension of the account involved while the case is handled. Coins obtained through fraud are removed.

8. Sanctions

A ban for breaking the rules doesn't give a right to a refund of Coins or of what was bought with them.

9. End of the service

If the server closes for good, we will announce it on the website as early as possible and stop sales immediately.

10. Donations

Donations for the hosting of the server are made directly to BisectHosting, on its donation page, and help pay for the server. They are voluntary, give no counterpart in game and are governed by BisectHosting's terms.

11. Mojang rules

Our store follows the Minecraft usage guidelines of Mojang. BloxRealm Interactive is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft, which are not responsible for purchases on our store.

12. Support, mediation and disputes

For any question or complaint, contact us in the Help & questions category of the forums, with your transaction number. As a consumer in the European Union, you can also turn to a consumer mediator or to the EU online dispute resolution platform. These terms are governed by French law, subject to the protective rules of your country of residence.
