Where can I use my Coins?

Coins are the premium currency of Survival. Type /coinshop on play.neotopiaworld.com to spend them on ranks, crate keys, cosmetics and other perks. They can't be used on SkyBlock or Creative.

Can I earn Coins without paying?

Yes. Levels, hourly/daily/weekly rewards and the AFK Pond (2 Coins every 15 minutes) all give Coins for free.

When do I receive my Coins?

Automatically in game, usually within a minute of payment. You must be connected to the server: if you're offline, they arrive at your next login.

I paid but didn't get my Coins

Wait 30 minutes while connected, then open a ticket on the Support page with your Tebex transaction number (it's in the confirmation email). We deliver them by hand or, if that's impossible, refund you.

Can I get a refund?

Coins are digital content delivered immediately, so by ordering you ask for immediate delivery and give up your right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code art. L221-28 13°, EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)). Purchases are therefore not refundable, except when the Coins can't be delivered or when the law requires it.

I bought on the wrong username

Contact us quickly through Support. If the Coins haven't been spent, we can try to move them, without guarantee. Always double-check your exact Minecraft username at checkout.

Can I transfer Coins to another player?

No. Coins are tied to the account they're delivered to and have no monetary value: they can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.

What happens if I open a chargeback?

Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly. A chargeback opened without contacting us suspends the account involved while the case is handled, and Coins obtained through fraud are removed.

I got banned. Do I get my Coins back?

No. A ban for breaking the rules doesn't give a right to a refund of Coins or of what was bought with them.

Who processes the payment? Is it secure?

Payments go through Tebex (Tebex Limited), the reseller of our packs. We never see your card or bank details. Tebex emails you a confirmation with your transaction number, and its own terms apply at checkout.

Are prices final? What about taxes?

Prices are in euros. Tebex shows the final amount, with the taxes for your country, before you confirm: that's the price you pay. Your bank may add conversion fees if you pay in another currency.

I'm a minor. Can I buy?

Only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
