These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the BloxRealm website and of the BloxRealm Minecraft servers (Survival play.neotopiaworld.com, SkyBlock and Creative) (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms and the server rules.

1. The Services

BloxRealm Interactive runs a network of free Minecraft servers (Survival (Towny), SkyBlock and Creative), with a website that offers accounts, player profiles, forums, a wiki, news and a store. BloxRealm Interactive is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

2. Access

  • Playing requires a legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition, which you obtain from Mojang, and a BloxRealm website account.
  • Access is free. Some optional content can be bought with Coins; see the terms of sale.
  • We may refuse or remove access to anyone who breaks these Terms or the rules.

3. Your account

  • Sign up with your exact Minecraft username. One account per person: accounts used to get around a sanction or to inflate a town's numbers are forbidden.
  • Choose a strong password that you don't use anywhere else, and keep it secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • Linking your account in game with /link confirms that the Minecraft account is yours.
  • Accounts can't be sold, lent or transferred.
  • You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see the privacy policy).

4. Rules of conduct

The detailed server rules are part of these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

  • insult, harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
  • cheat, use forbidden mods, exploit bugs or disrupt the Services;
  • post illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content, or advertising;
  • impersonate a staff member or another player;
  • trade BloxRealm items, currency or accounts for real money.

5. Content you post

  • You remain the author of what you post (forum posts, comments, bio). You give BloxRealm Interactive a free, worldwide licence to display it on the Services for as long as it stays online.
  • You are responsible for your content and must hold the rights to it.
  • The staff may edit, hide or delete any content that breaks these Terms or the rules, without notice.

6. Moderation and sanctions

Breaking these Terms or the rules can lead to a warning, a mute, removal of content, loss of items, or a temporary or permanent ban from the website and the server. Sanctions are applied with common sense and proportionately; the table in the rules gives the usual scale. You can appeal a sanction by contacting the staff; the appeal is reviewed by a different staff member where possible.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the Services online, but we can't guarantee it: maintenance, updates, provider outages or attacks can interrupt them. We may change, add or remove features, game content or worlds at any time, for example to keep the game balanced. The in-game world, items and currency may be reset in exceptional cases, which we announce in advance whenever possible.

8. Intellectual property

The website's texts, design, logo, articles and wiki belong to BloxRealm Interactive or their authors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (for example sharing a link or a screenshot).

9. Liability

The Services are provided free of charge and "as is". Within the limits allowed by law, BloxRealm Interactive is not liable for losses of in-game items or progress, interruptions, or damage caused by other players or by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

10. Links to other services

The Services link to other sites and services (Tebex, BisectHosting, Modrinth, YouTube…). They have their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Important changes are announced on the website or the forums. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can find a solution together. Failing that, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules that apply to consumers in their country.
