10 tips for new players

What experienced players wish they had known on day one.

  1. 1🏡 Join a town early. Living alone in the Wilderness means no protection and PvP. A town gives you a safe place to build and people to play with.
  2. 2🪓 Take 3 jobs straight away. Pick jobs that match how you play: you'll earn money for things you were doing anyway. See Jobs.
  3. 3📋 Do your daily quests. They're the best source of Level XP, and levels unlock homes and Coins. See Quests.
  4. 4🗳️ Vote every day. It takes a minute and gives a free crate key every time.
  5. 5⛏️ Mine in the Mining world. No PvP and you keep your inventory there, so you can take risks. See Worlds.
  6. 6💵 Sell in bulk at the shop. Farming and mining resources sell best. Build a farm early.
  7. 7🏦 Keep money in your town bank. A town that can't pay its daily upkeep is deleted. See Town bank & upkeep.
  8. 8🏠 Set your homes. You start with 2: use /sethome base and /sethome mine.
  9. 9⚔️ Watch out in the Wilderness. PvP is on there. Don't carry your best gear if you don't need it.
