Control who can build, break, open and use things on your land.

Towny checks four actions for four groups of players. Town land and plots owned by residents each have their own set.

Why buy a plot?
On town land, every resident can build and open chests. Buy a plot to get a private space: only you and your friends can touch it.

🧩 Plot groups
Plot groups link several plots together so you can sell them or set permissions once for all of them, for example a row of shops or a large house.
