Claims cost $25 per town block, paid from the town bank. New claims must touch land your town already owns, unless you make an outpost.

Watch the math on big claims
/t claim rect 4 covers a 9 × 9 area, which is 81 town blocks and $2,025. That needs about 11 residents. If the whole selection doesn't fit your limit, nothing is claimed. Start with a small radius.

Every claim also shows up on the live map, so you can plan your expansion from the browser.
📏 Limits
- 8 town blocks per resident. Bonus blocks can't be bought.
- 5 town blocks minimum from other towns' land and home blocks.
- Unclaiming gives no refund, so think before you claim.
- Your home block can't be unclaimed. Move it with
/t set homeblockfirst.
